Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed. There are no warranty coverage against neglect of necessary care, improper assembly, handling or abnormal use of products, unexpected acts of nature. This warranty specifically excludes coverage of damage related to climate conditions including heat, light and humidity levels, such as fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking.

Recliner mechanism (as applicable) -Seat spring system, Seat cushion core.
Disclaimer
Company expressly disclaims any liability to customers or end users of its products for special, incidental or consequential damages including damage to or loss of other property or equipment , personal injury, or cost of other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale or use of its products. The maximum liability if any, of company for any damages hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the defective or non-conforming products sold pursuant to this transaction. Any action arising hereunder must be brought within the warranty period from the date of sale.

Yes, you can cancel before 24 hrs of placing the order
If an item is found faulty, you have 1 days to request a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation. We can collect the order for free or you can drop the item at the nearest store location and request repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.
You may cancel your Furniture Order within 24 hrs & Accessories orders within 2 days after the date of delivery and request for a return.
For hygiene reasons, no refund or exchange will be made on unwrapped bed linens, fabrics and mattresses.
Refund
After the receipt of the returned order, we will Refund the cost of the purchased Products within 5-7 days via bank transfer. Refund will be done on the same card that was used while purchasing the products online.24 hrs
You may also cancel your Order if the Products are damaged faulty or not as described, in such case we will refund the delivery cost as well, If you paid any.
In a circumstance where the wrong item gets delivered, we will make it our priority to deliver the correct item on the next available day.
