Is there cash on delivery facility available? If so, what will be the additional charges?

To make your shopping experience more convenient, we do not offer the Cash on Delivery facility. However, if the customer fails to receive the delivery of the order on the first attempt, Westido can reschedule the delivery with no additional charges upon the condition that the customer makes an advance payment for the order online or in one of our stores.

If an item is found faulty, you have 1 days to request a repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.
We can collect the order for free or you can drop the item at the nearest store location and request repair/refund/return/exchange or cancellation.

How can I fix a convenient delivery schedule?

Our Logistics team will call one day before the planned date of delivery and you can suggest your convenient day and time.

Can I nominate someone else to receive the delivery on my behalf?

Sure, you can specify the nominated person who will receive your delivery on your behalf at the time of fixing delivery schedule with our logistics team via call. The nominated person must present the Order confirmation message (email or sms)


Can I change the delivery address after I have purchased the product online?
